srp is sian. stupid primers refuse to work. =( think might be there's a mutation in the primer binding region. but v annoying! and so weird! how come all 4 can have mutation in same 2 sites de....=(
hmph. ah well...will see how.
get sequencing results for the other sets first XD.
Application forms are irritating.
But at least i've started on writing something in my report. Have stuff to show main mentor alr when she returns from US. LOL.XD

nvm 9 jan yay. XD hopefully i get good results by then. and sequencing results better give me some mutations HMPH.
but i think i'm getting v slack. need mug bio o ahhhh....
maybe i'll start mugging photosythesis. and need mug bacteria too. irritating all my bact qns all wrong =(
